Cancellation policies
You must notify me 24 hours in advance, if possible, of a cancelled or rescheduled appointment. If you do not, you will be charged for the full appointment, as you are paying me for my time and my time is spent and cannot be recovered. Just like a doctor’s office charges for missed appointments, I do as well.
Depending on the circumstances, I may allow some flexibility and leeway, but only up to a point. In my experience, allowing unlimited postponing of sessions for free only hurts you by allowing you to remain stuck.
Appointment
Please arrive or call (for phone appointments) five minutes early to ensure a smooth and timely appointment. At the 15 minute mark, I will call and find out if you’re on your way or if you can’t make it. If I do not get an answer, it will be considered a no-show at that point. If I reach you and you’re unable to make it, I will allow one free reschedule.
Refunds
Refunds are only given for cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or if I myself have something come up and have to cancel. If you do not show for an appointment and wish to get a refund, the refund applies only to the rest of the package, if you purchased a package deal. The appointment you missed cannot be refunded.
Refunds for my audio products are no questions asked, satisfaction-based. If you are not satisfied with the audio session, you can request a refund for up to a year after the purchase. Simply send an email to me giving me enough information to identify you and your purchase and it will be on its way.
Obviously, I cannot verify that you aren’t downloading the audio session and requesting a refund while continuing to use it. This is on the honor system and I simply ask that you be honest. And most people are; it’s only a few that try to cheat this way.
