Hypnosis is a way of focusing your mind and imagination to accomplish your goals when willpower alone can't do it. It's not voodoo, it's not mind control (unless you mean you learning to control your own mind), and it's not New Age mumbo jumbo. When working with me, whether via Skype, Google+ Hangout, phone, or in person, you'll have a nice relaxing time and discover how to reprogram your mind. I am merely the guide, showing you the way; all the work is you.

We start things off with some information-gathering: how long you've been working on this issue, what you've tried before, what's worked, what hasn't and some relevant personal history. Once I have a clear understanding, you get a generalized "feel good" session, combined with specific suggestions for your issue so your first experience with hypnosis is wonderful. The next session, the real fun starts. This is when we get into the nitty gritty and get rid of those old triggers and unwanted behaviors.

For many people, that's all it takes. The next session is the follow up. If there's anything else that popped up, or more work that needs to be done, this is when that happens. Any subsequent sessions are on as-needed basis, for whatever reason.
